The onbuhimo utilizes a different set of muscles than many caregivers are used to, so initially some discomfort is normal. You’ll want to be sure you are wearing baby high, aim for shoulder to shoulder. Think of it as a new workout, or training for a long distance hike. Start using your onbuhimo frequently for shorter periods (we recommend 20-30 min 1-2x a day for a week) and you’ll definitely notice a difference in just a few days.
